Great location within walking distance of valley of rocks, Lynton and Lynmouth
Clean and comfortable cottage and a peaceful area to stay.
Very good value for a large cottage in a great area
The cottage was very clean when we arrived
Very steep steps up to the terrace garden but that was in the booking description, lovely view from the top though!

Very characterful and comfortable cottage. Modern kitchen, spacious living room and dining rooms.
Only complaint would be thin mattress in small room.

Period property in a fabulous location. Generous amenities including home made brownies, milk, tea & coffee, fresh flowers etc. Heating is super effective and wood burning stove was excellent. Great layout.
House was clean and well presented and ideal for my family. Host clearly cares about their guests.
Some investment would make a good property great. Double mattress in top floor bedroom would benefit from being replaced, lounge furniture aged. Some maintenance jobs needing done. This said it's worth noting we had a super time and absolutely would return. Price paid does reflect good value.
