Fabulous location, it is very clean and the facilities within are very well considered. It is very secure and safe and the host was very kind and helpful. Check-in and checkout was made as easy as possible, no fuss.
The balcony overlooks a very popular area of Rome and we enjoyed this unique experience to watch the people. With the balcony door closed you hear nothing!
It is also within walking distance to Vatican city and other must-see attractions.
Well equipped kitchen and impressive style throughout. You probably don't need to watch television, but if you do it is there with a comfortable sofa and many streaming apps if you need them.
There are only positive things to say about this apartment!!

The apartment is beautifully designed and very well located. The bed was super comfortable and the room surprisingly quiet despite being on the piazza. Lamberto was a wonderful host checking in to see how we were and giving us recommendations on the best gelato places to where to eat depending on your budget and taste. Everything you could want was only a short walk away.
The entrance to the apartment is a very narrow staircase. It felt very claustrophobic. I would not recommend it to people with large suitcases as there were many stairs to navigate to get into the apartment. Lamberto was very helpful but without him it would have been a nightmare!

Cadens Place is an absolute gem of a boutique hotel apartment in the heart of Piazza Navone, Rome. The room was so clean, modern and creatively designed and with a balcony overlooking the Piazza to relax and enjoying the amazing nightly “ street theatre” below. Lamberta, our host, was absolutely amazing. He met us at the entrance of the apartment when we arrived and helped us with all our luggage. He was so professional and personable and greeted us warmly every day with the what’s app messages. He even helped us with all our baggage when we left and had to walk to the taxi stand. The location is perfect with unlimited cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. I highly recommend CadensPlace to anyone wanting a perfect apartment right on Piazza Navone to book this. We will definitely be doing so when we next visit Rome .
