Great location, home was larger and nicer than I had expected. Very comfortable. The back patio is a nice addition as well. Overall great value.

This was our second time staying at Ann’s place. We were there for 3 weeks this time. Super nice place with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Good communication with Ann. Overall, our stay was quite pleasant!

My close friend and I went to Livermore for a wine tasting weekend. Ann’s property was a wonderful home base for us! Ann was a great communicator and easy to get a hold of.Cleanliness is my number one requirement, and this rental was absolutely immaculate! One of the two nights of our stay we stayed in and cooked, and loved that there's a gas stove. We also made good use of the washer and dryer which are excellent. We spent some relaxation time in the back patio area which is very spacious and private. We were both quite pleased with the beds, which are very comfortable!The location is about 5 minutes from everything we needed, grocery store, gas station, movie theater, restaurants - and about 10 minutes from both wineries we visited. Great location, and the neighborhood is lovely! I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Walking distance to the Thursday night farmers market and bike trail. Very clean and a comfortable backyard to sit and have drinks or a bite to eat. We made lemonade with lemons off of the tree and in general had a great stay.
