About this house rental

Located in Highlands Reserve, this attractive house for $156 per night is a great choice for your next trip. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Heated Pool! Free Parking! Super large space! Plenty of room to share with the whole family. Super clean and sanitized. You'll be steps to great restaurants, grocery and shops. Just down the road from Universal and Sea World. Next door to Convention Center. Over 2,000SF condo in a luxury, gated community. This 3rd Floor unit, with 2 elevators, has plenty of room for the family, or a few families to spread out and enjoy your vacation. Located just 4 miles down the road from Universal and next to the convention center. Centrally located to all Orlando has to offer. You have access to great amenities such as 2 large heated resort swimming pools, 2 large resort hot tubs, modern fitness center, kiddie pool, game room, playground, sport courts, bbq area, walking/jogging trail along a lake. So much to do at the resort, you may not leave. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Night time entertainment a mile or 2 away, such as Top golf, Andretti Racing, Icon Park and all the great restaurants and activities on International Drive. This clean and comfortable home is a great place a to relax at night. Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: King Bed Bedroom 3: Two (2) full Beds Bedroom 4: Converted dining room with Two full beds Living Room: Sofa Kitchen stock with basic kitchen items to make a quick meal. All towels and linens are provided. They are white and sanitized. NO PARTIES! DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY TO THROW A PARTY. Police will be called. Party will be shut down. No return of security deposit if there is a party. No additional guest on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Guest Count: For security reasons, the number of people sleeping at the home and their names must be declared in your reservation head count before arrival. We do not allow visitors at the homes. Each undeclared person at the home will result in $40/per person, per night charge. Please declare the accurate amount of people at the home NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! $500 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the home. NO OPEN FLAMES/NO CANDLES Check in time 4pm and check out time 10am. This is not a hotel. There are no maids/shuttles/breakfast Please take shoes off upon entering the home DO NOT use the premises for illegal activity. Please remove shoes upon entering the house. If there is blood, makeup or other stains on our sheets, you will be invoiced for new replacement sheets. There is a pet fee. If unclaimed pet on site, $400 fee! We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, name on ID should be the same as the credit card used to pay for room. Must be 21 We do not accept post office mail at this property. UPS and Fedex does delivery to this property (front desk may charge $10/package or more to receive package for you) but please do not have packages delivered to the house before or after you arrive. Other guest might be staying at the house and we can’t guarantee acceptance of the package for you. Guests will also receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as: dish soap dishwasher pods One kitchen sponge trash bags In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest. Two full rolls of toilet paper per bathroom Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap in each bathroom One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen The property is equipped with basic housekeeping supplies. A broom/dustpan and mop. There are also house hold cleaners under the kitchen sink for your convenience If any rules are broken then it is considered breach of contract the guest agrees to forfeit the entire deposit and will be responsible for all damages and all additional cleaning fees.
