Living room: sofa bed, TV, table with chairs, access to a terrace with a panoramic view of the sea. American kitchen: electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, cutlery, pots and pans. Terrace: table and chairs. There is communal washing machine. There is no elevator in the building. We offer luggage custody. Daily cleaning service and bed preparation. The apartment is located in the center of Lloret de Mar. At 10 meters there is a bus stop, municipal beach, restaurants and bars. Next to the apartment is the historic center, the church of St. Roma, shops and supermarkets (50 meters), plenty of entertainment and nightlife. Within 10-15 minutes by car are the water park, the gnome children's park and the Marineland dolphinarium. A 10-minute drive away is the Botanical Garden "Jardines de San Clotilde". Girona Airport - 35 km. Barcelona Airport - 90 km. Blanes Train Station - 8 km.
