About this apartment rental
Apartment of 48 m2, situated in new community of Lloret de Mar. There is swimming pool, zone of rest in the closed territory of complex. There is pine grove and developed infrastructure near the apartment. To the beach of Fenals is 300 m. Parking space in the garage for one car (on request). There is possibility of internet WIFI access. Capacity till 4 persons. Interior: Top floor apartment has large terrace of 25m2. Apartment consists of: bedroom, living room with entrance to terrace, kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom: double bed, 2 bedside tables, cupboard. Bathroom: bathtub, toilet bowl, washbasin, bidet. Living room: sofa-bed, TV, dining table, 4 chairs, entrance to the terrace. Kitchen: cooker, oven, refrigerator, microwave, tea pot, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, table and 2 chairs. Terrace: table, 4 chairs. *Allowed to stay for families or couples over 25 years. Not allow youth groups under the age specified. * Exterior: To the beach of Sa Boadella is 500 meters or 5min by walk. Till the beach Fenals - 300m or 5 minute walk. Beach activities: parasailing, kayaking, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, jet skis, catamarans, beach bars right on the sand and ice cream restaurants. Near there are supermarkets, bus station, from where you can go to the train station of Blanes or to the center of the city. By the road to the beach of Fenals you can find restaurants, bars, also shops with souvenirs and accessories for the beach, pharmacy. Just in 5 minutes by car to the old part of city, with area of discos and entertainments. Within 10-15 minutes by car there are a water park, children's entertainment park and Dolphinarium. On the coastal slope in the 3 minutes by walk there are botanical gardens “Gardens of St. Clotilde”, with a magnificent sea view. Airport Girona- 30km (Ryan Air destination) Airport Barcelona - 90 km (1 hour 10 minutes on the paid road) Railway station Blanes- 8 km
