Feels like a botanical village on the water! This unit is bright and open, multi-level 3bed/2bath (1 king bed & 2 full size beds in unit), with large volume ceilings. You can enjoy informal dining in the eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Includes a washer & dryer. Master Bedroom has 2 walk-in closets, a freestanding tub, walk-in shower and dual vanity. Plantation shutters, tile/wood-laminate flooring throughout. Enjoy south-side views, a nature walkway, pond & water fountain view and attached 1-car garage. Enjoy orchids and tropical plants along the nature boardwalk, canoe or kayak on Rock Creek, relax in the community pool & hot tub, feed the turtles in the pond from the deck. Internet/wifi available for streaming services (NO CABLE). There is currently just one TV in unit. Close to downtown Naples and Tin City Waterfront Shops. You will also enjoy access to a walking/biking path that leads to Baker Park and Greenway Park. Just 5 miles from Lowdermilk Beach. We have 2 adult size bicycles and 1 smaller size bicycle.
Damage deposit required ($500). Full refund will be issued if no damages.
