Location
Need more instructions on entering the room and the fact that lift operates by 20cent coins. Will be good if added as a pre booking instructions

Elena was really friendly and supporting with the check in and met us outside with the keys to the building and key card to the room. Communication on WhatsApp was good and easy throughout the stay. Clean room, really central to many main attractions, cafes and restaurants.

It was in a great location room was lovely the staff were nice and our room tidied every day.
The only issue was air conditioner wasn’t very cool and we couldn’t close door to bathroom
