The hotel is in a good location, close to the waterfront and within easy reach of the market and the main hub of activity in Port Vila. Being positioned on a hill also means some rooms have lovely views. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. There is no elevator but I didn't find this to be an issue. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and I really couldn't complain.

Like quite a few properties in Port Vila, the hotel feels somewhat dated. It is clear that efforts have been made to update and modernise the property but some of the décor and design still feels a little old-fashioned and could benefit from further refurbishment. The mattress wasn't too comfortable.
