Amazing property location close to restaurants. Large well decorated rooms with two bathrooms and tons of storage. Kitchen and bedrooms were clean and comfortable.

The master bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower and the walls and doors were in need of washing.

The unit was bright, clean, comfortabe and well equiped.

This property is located in a condo building. The buidling address and entry to the parking garage are not well marked. The check-in process was arduous and frustrating. If a traveller is not prepared for a fully electronic experience, or doesn't have the time to complete the check-in before arrival, or doesn't enjoy having to download apps in order to get into your unit, then this is not the experience for you. After downlaoding the app that provides an access code, it was unable to provide a code. Fortunately the staff member on duty when I arrived was helpful and brought me a fob to use. My phone battery was very low which only added to the frustration in downloading an app and communicating with the host's representative before the battery was gone. Had I lost use of my phone, access would have been impossible. At the end of a long day's journey, this was far from a relaxing experience. The staff member who assisted in check-in was very pleasant and helpful.

Comfortable and well furnished apartment well situated for downtown Cambridge.

Getting access requires you to download an app which was annoying on international data charges, and meant my daughter couldn’t come and go independently as she didn’t have data roaming enabled. It also didn’t work first time every time. It felt like a ghost town, we didn’t see any staff and barely anyone else around so not sure I’d have felt safe staying there alone.

There was a stain on the bed comforter. I’m not sure what it was, but I was disappointed to see it. The shower also did not work properly, the faucet continued to run while the shower head was also running which caused the tub to fill to your ankles with water. This also was insanely loud and not overly comfortable to take a nice shower in. I have used the laundry rooms before and never had an issue, however this room was disappointing.
