Хорошое расположение ко всем нужным локациям как метро , автобус , магазины.30 минут ходьбы и ты возле Колизея.
При бронировании я не обратил что отсутствует кондиционер и за этого было очень жарко в апартаментах.

The area is perfect. I used to live there, so I might be a bit biased, but I think Ostiense is a really lovely neighbourhood. It's very well connected, has plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafés to explore, and it's also an area with a lot of history.
The apartment is nicely renovated, well maintained, and clean. The location is very convenient, especially for those who know and enjoy the Ostiense area. However, there are some aspects to consider, particularly during the summer.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, and the bedroom windows face directly onto the street. Because of this, it may be difficult to keep the windows open for ventilation, especially during hot weather. During my stay, temperatures were around 30–36°C, and without air conditioning the apartment became quite warm. The fans provided were not always sufficient to make the temperature comfortable.
There can also be some noise from people coming and going from their cars at night, pedestrians talking outside, and employees from the neighboring business working nearby early in the morning. This may be something to consider for guests who are sensitive to noise, especially since the apartment is on the ground floor.
Additionally, the bathroom window was not working properly, so I had to keep the external shutters closed. The shower water pressure was limited, and one of the towels provided was not completely clean.
Overall, the apartment is attractive, clean, and well arranged, but I would recommend considering these points before booking, especially during the summer months or for guests who prefer a quieter environment.
