Location ,spa facilities ,cleanliness, coffee machine, friendly staff
The gentleman on night duty was quite unwilling to book my airport taxi despite the friendly staff on duty the evening before leaving him a note with details asking to book my taxi in the morning and saying it would not be a problem. He refused several times but I insisted and said I would make a complaint about his manner towards me. The rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly- thank you

The staff, quality of the room and the optional spa facilities. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Julia who provided dining suggestions and the spa option. Whilst it's not the most affordable for a solo traveller, it was certainly worth the cost. I would return for a future stay with my wife.
The emotion shower (bubble shower) wasn't working during the spa wellness experience, however this wasn't an issue for complaint.

Posizione ottima
