Personnel: Very friendly and helpful!
Accommodation: A cosy and clean room with everything one needs. The room had mini-bar and teapot.
Breakfast: Great breakfast buffet! A lot of baked goods, eggs, cheese, jams, yoghurt, granola and so on. Great coffee. The hotel offers lactose free milk.
Great location: 5 min walk to Ferrari Square. 15 minutes to the train stations.

Conveniently located. Walking distance from centre & shopping area (XX September). Our quadruple was spacious & had fridge which we appreciated
There are stairs to access reception so if travelling with mobility issues, not ideal, it’s a little crammed and small lift

Nice rooms
Location in the city. Location of my room in the hotel. Next to a very noisy breakfast area. Also, my room didn’t have access to an elevator vs other rooms.

Loved the old architecture and the location. Bed was comfortable, and ventilation in the room was adequate. Decent breakfast.
Stairs- have to go up stairs to get into the hotel, stairs on the floor. The elevator was very small and difficult to use with luggage.
Shower controls were hard to figure out. Instructions would have helped.
