Just OK

Location was great and easily accessible

Slightly noisy and you could hear everything from your room. If you are a light sleeper it’s a little challenging.

Gute Lage,nettes Personal,Geräuschpegel im Zimmer (Lüftung),den quitschenden Betten zu laut.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend. Mein Zimmer war sehr gross. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt.

Mein Zimmer lag offensichtlich in der Nähe der äusseren Lüftung, offenes Fenster war gar nicht möglich, selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster war ein ständiger Rauschpegel. Das war sehr störend. Ich habe mich wie auf der Strasse gefühlt. Ebenso kann ich nicht sagen, dass es ein franz. Doppelbett war, sondern zwei zusammengstellte Eisenbetten. Bei jeder Bewegung im Bett, quietschten die Federn. Da ich nur zwei Nächte dort war, ging es einigermassen. Doch ich habe kaum schlafen können. Ich habe es beim check-out angegeben. Es wurde mit Bedauern zur Kenntnis genommen und hoffentlich an den Manager weitergeleitet. Das war schade, denn ansonsten ein gutes Hotel.

Thành phố cảng đẹp và rất đáng nhớ và xứng đáng tiền bỏ ra!

Ks ngay gần trung tâm, xung quanh có rất nhiều điểm đi bộ check in, nhà hàng phong phú. Đoàn được nâng cấp lên phòng 4 giường, rộng rãi, thoải mái thay vì phòng 2 giường đơn đã đặt nên chúng tôi rất hài lòng. Đây là nơi có phòng cho gia đình có 4-5 người.

Visita all'acquario di Genova e al Museo del Mare

La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dalla stazione Genova Piazza Principe e a 10 minuti a piedi dal Museo del Mare e dall'Acquario di Genova. Il personale gentile e premuroso. La camera era spaziosa con un soppalco per i letti aggiuntivi. All'interno dell'hotel è presente un bar/pub. Ci è stato offerto un drink di benvenuto e ci siamo sentiti al sicuro, dovendo inserire un codice per poter accedere agli ascensori in orario serale/notturno.

シャワーのみか、バスタブのみかを選べた(バスタブにはホースのシャワーあり) 部屋がメゾネットで広い。 PC作業もやり易い。湯沸かしポット、冷蔵庫あり。バスタブ付きで値段が安いので、日本人にお勧め

強いて言うなら、ホテル自体の調度品が若者向けで、自分の好みではなかったが、気にならない。

Budget stay to transit through the city

Good location, lift for top floors, clean enough, spacious room. Everything OK for 1-2 nights stay.

Be ready that it's not a luxury hotel,furniture is old enough, sockets are far enough from the bed and if you want to charge your mobile you should tirn off a bed lamp.

Stay at Britannia Genova

The proximity to the train station

Nothing seemed to work the first time, e.g. the digital key to the room and the code. Also, the lighting in the room was very poor and I had to use my own flashlight by my bed. This establishment is more of a backpacker one than a hotel.

This property is a youth hostel not a hotel.

Location is close to the Train Station

This property is no longer a hotel, it’s a youth hostel. We paid for a superior double room which looked lovely on the photo but we were given a student dorm With hospital beds. The heating was broken so the temperature of the room did not rise above 14 degrees (mid December it was freezing) and the place was packed with youngster enjoying the parties/events that are held every night so there is no lounge or bar area to relax and enjoy a drink. The hotel manager agreed to give us a refund and took our info but later that day then retracted and said no refund even though we have it in writing that they changed the booking from two nights to one night. Unless your aged 18-30 you probably would not enjoy staying here.

Nice stay in twin room for solo traveller

Cheap hotel room attached to the hostel so you can use the facilities. Cheap cafe inside and you can enjoy a free drink upon arrival. Kitchen facilities, breakfast buffet, terrace, and close to restaurants in the street. Weirdly I asked for a double room but got two twins. Nice furniture in the room and spacious bathroom.

It's part of a hostel so could be a little noisy if you worry about that stuff.

Easy to get. Good options for cooking. Allowed to stay with cat.

Some missundersstanding about the late check out. Wish better cleaning within the hosting time.

First time in Ostello Bello chain

The convenient location near the train station. The welcoming free drink. The multi-station kitchen with free veggies, fruits and basics like pasta & rice. The decoration in general.

The phonic isolation between the bar/stage and the dorms. I could hear the people during the football match or when there was karaoke. The mess left by others in the kitchen in particular at dinner time: a war zone. The system of digital key, need to download an app, have a code for the lift... too complicated for me. The narrow stairs to go the mezzanine in the dorm.

Great location and staff. Lots of help and a great atmosphere.

They were doing construction on my floor (room next door) and it was quite loud and unpleasant. Also, my room was not refreshed despite requesting it to be done.
