Love the lounge, wait svc, pianist!
The elevators are a bit confusing as to the basement vs the spa vs the ground floor...
Would be nice is laptops were discouraged in the lounge - there are numerous other spaces where people can work and the space is compromised when it starts to feel like you're in an office....

Well, Savoia usually stands for quality and prestige… at least it was
We took two premium rooms… both had black fungus on the ceilings… definitely something one should not expect considering the price one pays.
Parking is also a bit problematic After making a complaint to a member of staff, rooms were replaced. just the way you would expect from such hotel. yet…
