We had a lovely stay at Bristol Palace. The hotel is beautiful and elegant, with historic charm, impressive interiors and a stunning staircase. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with a varied selection and a lovely setting to start the day. The central location also made it easy to explore Genoa on foot. A wonderful choice for a romantic city break!

The location was perfect. I loved the retaining features. Very historic feel. The breakfast was fantastic and the service was good. The main restaurant was also excellent.

It was going to take off! The room was not soundproofed and the bedding was not appropriate for summer.
