I traveled with my son, and Genoa was just a stopover on our way to Monaco. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, as the hotel is right next to the train station, which was very convenient since we were traveling by train. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and they also assisted us with information about the trains. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for travelers arriving or departing by train.
There wasn’t really anything we disliked about the hotel itself. The only thing we noticed was that when we arrived in the late afternoon/early evening, most places nearby were already closed and there were very few people on the streets, so the area felt a little deserted. I’m not sure if this is usual for that time of day, but it didn’t affect our overall positive experience at the hotel.
