Comfortable hotel, and very stylish. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfasts which were good value. Comfortable room. Easy walk to main attractions. We loved the beautiful old lift.

Excellent hotel close to the main train station. The room was spacious, the bed super comfortable, the breakfast was amazing and they catered so well for my wife who is gluten intolerant.
Brilliant service from the staff.
Great restaurants (Gluten free options) and grocery store 5 mins walk from the hotel

Amazing room. Super clean. The hotel staff were extremely helpful given Genoa isn’t a tourist-heavy city. Location was in a really good place as well. Fantastic experience overall.

The hotel it’s not clean inside, the walls in the room was very very dirty, it has to be repainted. The room was straight on the street. There is no isolation between rooms, we heard how the neighbour was snoring.
