The breakfast was very good and all the staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable and even had a nice patio that we were not expecting. Loved the hotel.
The only thing is that are no ice machines.

We had an excellent stay. The room was clean and cozy and had an nice view on the railway station. The staff was friendly and helpful. I don’t think we noticed any cons. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a minor problem closing the door but the staff arrived very quickly and repaired the door within a couple of minutes

The location of this hotel cannot be beat! Close to the Cruise Port, Train Station, cafes and Restaurants right on the same street. The staff is EXCELLENT! Each staff member was very friendly, courteous and helpful in every way possible. HIGHLY recommend this hotel, especially if you love older architecture. Still has the original 1940 elevator with the original old world phone still present! LIVED OUR STAY! Gabriel at the reception desk was THE BEST!
If a guest did not close the door to the elevator manually, it cannot go up or down. Inconsiderate guests don't follow the signs or instructions that are clearly posted making it inconvenient for other guests. However, that is not the Hotels fault
