Beds were very comfy

Breakfast was good too many pastry options. Location was within walking distance to heart of city.
Staff were not very helpful behind the reception desk, one male person was very rude and could not be bothered with us after we had paid our bill and refused to give a gratuity to the staff at the hotel, as this is the first time we have been asked for this. The cost of the room was over $400 per night. I must say there was a young male and female member of staff who helped us with an issue we had and they were excellent.

The hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to the city center and the train station. The hotel had good facilities, was clean, and was very quiet.
The breakfast menu was quite limited, and considering the price, there was not enough variety. Some of the dishes were so salty that they were not really enjoyable. The fruit selection was also very limited, with only apples, watermelon, and melon being served every day. During breakfast, staff were constantly walking around, which made the atmosphere less peaceful.
The staff member handling our check-in was very slow, and it took around 45 minutes to complete the check-in process.
The towels were not changed every day. On some days, I noticed that the used towels had simply been folded instead of being replaced, even though they needed to be changed.
Also, some of the lights in the room were not working.
