Being an older person, the incline leading to the property was hard to navigate.

Alles in allem Top Lage, top Ausstattung und super Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.
Das Internet wird als Highspeed angegeben, ist aber in dem hinteren der beiden Appartements eher dünn, bis gar nicht im Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Grund ist, dass der Router sich im vorderen Appartement befindet und nicht durch die dicken Wände kommt. Weiterhin gibt es kein TV-Programm. Man kann nur über das Internet Netflix und Co. mit eigenem Account nutzen. Nach einem langen Tag in Roms Strassen ist das für den Preis ziemlich schwach. Heute gehört starkes Internet einfach zur Ausstattung dazu. Die Vermieterin war bemüht das Internet zu verbessern, war aber wahrscheinlich nur Alibi, da ein Neustart nix gebracht hatte. Wände zu dick. ;)

The apartment was spacious and comfortably accommodated three people. It was exceptionally clean, and the amenities were exactly what you’d expect for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, which was especially appreciated during the summer.
We chose this property because we wanted to stay in Rome while remaining close to the airport, and it delivered on both. The location is outstanding for anyone visiting the Vatican—you simply can’t beat the convenience. The neighborhood is also very walkable, with plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby.
Having parking directly next to the building was another major advantage, making arrival and departure much easier.
Parking next to the building is limited, and if those spaces are full, finding street parking can be very difficult due to the heavy traffic in the area. I would recommend identifying a nearby parking garage as a backup before arriving.
The apartment also faces a busy main road, so there is noticeable traffic noise well into the evening. It wasn’t an issue for our one-night stay, but light sleepers or guests staying longer may find it bothersome.
