Bonito, bien ubicado, pero mejorable la calidad del servicio por el precio que cobran.

El precio y la calidad de algunos muebles (tuvimos que cambiar una bombilla, llamar para que arreglasen el toallero, llamar a conserjeria porque la llave se había quedado atascada, la manilla de la puerta de los cubiertos en la cocina quedó en mal estado)

Muy agradable

La ubicación excepcional. Conserjería 24h muy amables. El apartamento muy amplio y acogedor. Buenas vistas y silencioso a cualquier hora. La cocina bien equipada. Ascensores amplios y rápidos.

Calefacción algo ruidosa, incluso al mínimo. Internet muy lento, inservible. La cama no tiene cabecero, con lo cual la almohada acaba cayendo hacia atrás. La cama consiste en dos colchones con una incómoda separación en medio. Uno de los interruptores de la luz apaga algunos enchufes pero no está marcado como tal, lo cual es confuso.
