The apartment is in a wonderful location, And reflects exactly the photos provided. It was easy to get to from the Duomo if you get the bus to there and walk. The bed - amazingly comfortable, everything clean and well laid out.
A nice little space outside to take coffee.
The stairs down into the apartment are quite steep but Eraldo helped carry my suitcase down.

The location was fantastic, a walk away from the piazza. Erik was very helpful and responsive.
The room was clean and the facilities were generally good. The location is fantastic, close to everything. However, there were a few downsides. The parking situation was a bit unclear. At first glance, it appeared that parking was included with the room, but we were later informed there was an additional charge, which was only mentioned in the room policy section. The room also felt quite damp and while we expected some noise, it was noticeably loud due to poor sound insulation, outside noises echoed into the room quite a bit.
