Visited Orvieto for lunch, decided to stay one night, stayed two. Must have liked it!!

Great location, central but quiet. Comfortable bed and good quality pillows. Well equipped small kitchen. Friendly local owner.

Nothing! But as other reviewers have said, this is not a B&B as in the UK. Breakfast is not included but there is a kitchen and plenty of bars for a traditional "colazione".

Lovely central apartment

Great location in the old quarter close to everything. We got a great recommendation to go to a restaurant two blocks away from the host and our meal was excellent. Clean room. Francesca was wonderful and very helpful and even helped us park our car.

Not a complaint but worth mentioning - it was a little difficult to find with a car upon arrival to Orvieto with the small streets and the parking was not as easy as I was hoping. We were also charged for the parking separately as a heads up.

A great apartment near the center of the town

The location is really great... very central. The apartment is well and thoughtfully furnished and spotless

The images on the website did not match what was offered (e.g. the patio with table, chairs). When booking, I was under the impression that private parking was free, but in fact there is a 8 Euro per day charge for it. This charge was not applied for us in the end.

wonderful stay at Michelangeli B&B .. perfect location … beautiful and comfortable apartment.

Francesca was an amazing host. The apartment is conveniently located in Orvieto and is well appointed and very comfortable. we loved everything about the unit and appreciate Francesca’s amazing hospitality.

We would definitely return for the warm hospitality.

Due to Covid rules, breakfast was not available. But due our stay being 4 nights, she upgraded us to the apt and there we were able to prepare our own breakfast. The apt was immaculate and comfortable, as was the bed. Francesca, the owner, was wonderful…very attentive to our needs and very kind. A delightful person!

A fabulous place to stay and I highly recommend it to everyone visiting Orvieto & surrounding areas!

Francesca was the most gracious host. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. The apartment was fabulous. It was even nicer in person than pictured. It was extremely convenient to the the city center, but on a lovely private side street. Francesca gave us great local recommendations for dining and also accompanied us to her private parking spot. Her English is good and we also communicated via WhatsApp for ease of communication on our way and during our stay. She really made the whole experience even more wonderful for us. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone and I very much look forward to staying here again!

The location was great, host was really nice and helpful and we got two entire apartments for us. The main places were all just a walk away and the apartments were clean and really nice!

Lovely Stay in Beautiful Orvieto

The apartment’s location, size, decoration and amenities were wonderful (we loved the massive beams!). Owner Francesca was amazing! We could not locate the property with our car (roads are VERY narrow) so she came down to a plaza to meet us. She hopped in our car and we drove together to the private parking. She made recommendations and reservations for restaurants.

The only thing that needs improvement was that the pots/pans for cooking were terribly flimsy and ancient. I was too nervous to even heat up a slice of pizza on them.
