This was one of the most comfy stays of our entire trip. The property itself is beautiful, conveniently situated in the town, and the room had all the amenities we needed including a strong A/C (we came during the 2026 summer heat wave.) Also, the staff was very friendly. Orvieto was our favorite town to visit - it's beautiful, quaint and has such an interesting history.
The staff member who came to meet us was unable to advise me on where guests should park. She came with me to look for parking but seemed to be guessing as much as I was about parking rates and availability. It would have been nice to be told about the town parking app and where best to park overnight.
Then, this could be totally on me, but I only saw in our booking that breakfast was available. We asked about it in the morning, but the staff let me know that we would have had to ask for it the night before. We didn't know to because nothing we were sent said so.

The location was very central, a couple good food spots around. And the place overall was accessible and comfortable.
There is no breakfast as advertised and no breakfast room. They give you coupons (when you ask) for breakfast a 10 min walk away. You need to text them on WhatsApp for anything and that is not made clear enough. The air conditioner was not very strong.
