We absolutely loved this place. It's right in city center with bunch of stuff to see around. It's an old building, but with newly renovated apartments. Attention to details is amazing. Host was warm and welcoming, self check-in was easy and straight-forward. All perfect!

Rooms: Both rooms we booked were spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured a high-quality, modern design.
Quiet: The environment was peaceful, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
Clean: The entire property was impeccably clean and well-maintained.
Overall:
For Italian standards, this is a fantastic choice. The attention to detail in the furnishing and design really stands out. We would definitely recommend it to others.
The host sent time-sensitive check-in instructions via the booking app while we were actively driving, and expressed frustration when we hadn’t read them immediately. Additionally, the request to send sensitive passport information to a private WhatsApp number was highly unprofessional and concerning from a security standpoint.
Parking: The listing incorrectly indicates that parking is available at the property. In reality, there is no private parking; guests must use public parking located about 100m away.

Sehr modern ausgestattetes, ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer "Lucrezia" in kleiner Wohneinheit mit Gemeinschaftsküche. Elektronisches Zugangssystem (schlüsselfrei) von Haustür bis Zimmertür. Super Lage in der Altstadt.
eher unpersönliche Kommunikation mit Gastgeber; das moderne Bad ist nicht unbedingt bedienungsfreundlich (Wasserhähne, laute Schiebetür)
