A charming vintage duplex that retains it's original character while offering a warm cottage feel. Located at The Point Emerald Isle. Easy walk to Two Beach Accesses. Great Sunrise and Sunset Views. Ocean and Sound Views. Off season Driving access (check with Town of Emerald Isle). Fishing, or just weekend getaway. Great access to Coast Guard road 2.5 mile walk, run, or bike path. This is an original older home. Quiet neighborhood. Screened in porch. Upper deck with chairs/lounge chairs. kitchen with full size refrigerator, full size stove/oven, microwave, dish washer and Keurig. Clothes washer and dryer. Outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
This is an East and West side duplex and there is a homeowner that lives in the west side.

We enjoyed our week at this cute beach cottage. Location near the Point and other beach access was perfect. Kitchen and living room were great to hang out as a family. We loved the screened in porch. The bathrooms were a bit small and lacked counter space. Overall a great spot to enjoy the beach!

This house is so cute! We stayed here and we are most definitely staying again. The house is in a perfect place not long walk to the point and not long walk to the beach access the Atlantic Ocean too! I would say the walk to the beach you got a decent size dune to go over so be mindful of that. The house was very clean and perfect for a small family or a few friends!

Here is a message I sent at the end of my stay to the host and got no reply.
Hey Justin,
We had a nice stay at the place but there were some issues. We were not expecting to have to bring paper products as there was no toilet paper, paper towels or kitchen trash bags. The. Downstairs toilet does not completely flush and takes hours for the tank to fill up so was pretty useless. There were towels in the washing machine when we got there like maybe the place had not been checked on before we arrived. The floor vent in the kitchen was busted and you could almost step through it. The balcony door in the bedroom with the king mattress was almost impossible to open and loud so it could not be opened when people were trying to sleep. There is a board on the back porch that is very unstable and a tripping hazard. I have pictures of most of the issues and can send them to you if you like. I know you can’t fix these issues for our stay but I’m sure the next people there would appreciate them being addressed.
