Location, location, location! This is historic home is one unit in a four-plex located literally across the street from the French Quarter. With granite countertops, a full kitchen, and a comfortable living room - this is is the perfect home base for a full weekend of New Orleans adventures. Welcome! The Space:
Kitchen stocked to prepare any meals, Keurig with coffee provided. Lovely living room and kitchen with breakfast bar. All bathrooms come with essentials such as 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fluffy towels!
Guest Access:
We will send you gate and door codes prior to your check in .
The Neighborhood:
Steps to Rampart, our home is nestled next door to the Jazz and Heritage Museum. There's a convenience store across the street for quick essentials and we are one minute from the Rampart Streetcar pick-up.
Other Things to Note:
All reservations require a signed rental agreement and $500 refundable deposit before check in.

This is a charming space. Every room has it's own bathroom so no one was waiting for someone else to get done. The front bedroom allows you to hear noise from the street, so don't put your light sleepers in there. We had 2 people over 75, but they were able to negotiate the stairs, would have liked a hand rail. This ended up being a fabulous location and a great time!!

Perfect set up for a large group with easy walking access to everything in the French Quarter. Would recommend for any group visiting the area.

Great place. Very clean and huge! Great place for a large group. Location is close enough to Bourbon St but not too close! The hosts were great and communicated was informative and immediate. Great choice!
