The Mar Vista Grande is an excellent choice for a N. Myrtle beach vacation. Although most units in the building are well maintained, unit 1008 stands out. The owners, obviously, take a great deal of pride in their unit, which has new appliances and updated bathrooms. Communication from the owners was outstanding and check in and check out were simple. The owners clearly understand what a relaxing beach vacation is supposed to be. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in N. Myrtle Beach.

My grandchildren loved the condo! They had space and especially loved the balcony! Everything was as described, no issues at all. Would recommend for families looking to have a fun relaxing vacation.

Very nice property and well maintained. Would love access to the storage locker for additional beach toys, chairs, etc. as well as allowing us to store our chairs and toys for the week as well. Other than this it was a great property! Thank you so much for a great vacation!

We had an amazing time staying in this unit within a wonderful resort! The condo was super clean and fully renovated. We loved our view from the balcony and how spacious the condo was. We would definitely return! The resort was perfect. Not too crowded and perfectly located! Overall, this was the best vacation we had at myrtle beach and would fully recommend!

Great experience this year at Myrtle. Communication was very strong (even got to drop our bags before check in). Unit is updated, clean, and secure. Enjoyed all of the amenities. Hope to be back next year

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this condo. Everything was as shown in pictures. We had everything we need to cook at home several nights a week. Amazing shower heads in bathrooms. Overall great stay.

We were very pleased with the condo. Loved the balcony! It was at least partially in the shade all day. Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Full size washer and dryer. Pest control came to spray condo one day without prior notice. Security guard was rude on one occasion when gate did not respond to code on first try. Both of those events were HOA issues. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The condo was extremely clean and beautiful. Plenty of space for all of us. Plenty of parking available and good security to get inside the building. The local contact and owners were very responsive and great to work with. We will definitely be coming back!

We booked last minute when our stay in Florida was cancelled due to Hurricane Ian. Communication with the host was seamless and they even provided us a pack n play last minute. The property is beautiful and has everything you need. We will definitely be booking again.

This place was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The kitchen is fully equipped minus a coffee maker but there was a keurig which we didn’t mind and made clean up easier. All of the appliances and TVs were very nicely kept and looked new. The bathrooms were nice, especially the master which has a great shower system. The property manager responded immediately when I had any questions and even contacted me right away when she saw that we’d forgotten something. We hadn’t gone far and she met us at the condo building to give it to us. The balcony is so nice and one side is big enough for a really nice table and chairs that we enjoyed every day. Love this place! Will book again for sure!

My husband, myself, and my two children, ages 20 and 15+ a friend for each of them, just returned home from our stay in Myrtle Beach. The condo is exactly as pictured. It is very well-maintained. The new washer and dryer was wonderful to have as we have stayed in condos in the past where the dryer needed to be run three times before the wash was actually dry, but not here! We had a couple questions upon arrival and they were answered very promptly – both the condo owner and property manager were great to deal with. The condo has everything you will need – we made most of our meals at the condo and found everything we needed. We have stayed at this resort in the past, but in a different unit. We loved the resort but didn’t care for the condo we stayed at previously. We wanted to give the resort another try. This is definitely the condo to rent!!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Although next time I need to remember to bring beach equipment or remember to rent the chairs and umbrellas on the beach. We loved it. If I had to say anything bad. It would be the parking We drive a large SUV and although the parking garage is equipped to handle the size of our car and it was clearly posted that the lower level was for large cars only- many small cars parked there, requiring us to park out of the lot until someone would leave. NOT IDEAL! Otherwise, no complaints. Thank you
