Luxury 5BR Home in Town with Heated Private Pool! This home built in 2016 holds five bedrooms all with their own en suite bathrooms, and offers ample space indoors and outdoors on the pool deck. The quiet Vestal Street neighborhood is conveniently located on the edge of Town, a short walk to Main Street, yet still central to many of the Islands most beloved landmarks and beaches. Updated with new pillows and bedding (Serena & Lily and Pottery Barn) throughout the home.
Enter from Vestal Street through the covered front porch into a warm foyer. To the left are a large laundry room, an open office, and a powder room. To the right, the first floor opens up to an open concept living and dining area with a large kitchen outfitted with top of the line appliances including a Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf gas stove, and Bosch dishwasher. A large center island is the focal point of this area and offers bar seating, perfect for gathering. The open concept living area with large TV and Sonos Soundbar opens through double French doors to the outdoor patio complete with a pool, cabana, grill and space for outdoor lounging. A large king suite completes this floor complete with a walk-in closet and a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a glass-enclosed double shower.
The second floor is home to three large bedroom suites. The primary suite is light and bright offering a king bed, two generous closet spaces, double sinks, a large shower, a soaking tub, and marble details throughout. The other two suites on this floor each have a queen bed as well as a dedicated ensuite bathroom with shower.
The lower level basement has a large TV and another Sonos Soundbar as well as a rec room with ping pong table and a powder room, plus an additional bedroom suite with 2 full/double sized beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The house comes stocked with everything you need to enjoy all of Nantucket without any worries - linens, towels, soap, and shampoo are all included, as is use of a cooler, beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs. The driveway offers parking for up to 2 cars, and this property is dog friendly (additional fee applies).

Crib and Baby Gear: A single folding full size wood crib is available in the closet of an upstairs bedroom. If you need car seats, pack n play, high chairs, another crib or other gear, there are a couple local companies that rent them on island.

Super clean and well equipt property, large open kitchen dinning and living room layout, large bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Super light, good air condition and wifi. Perfect to walk to town. We had an amazing stay

This property was everything we needed for our stay in Nantucket. It welcomed our group of 6 adults, one toddler, one baby and a dog easily into its large and spacious rooms. The host had a crib set up for us when we arrived which meant one less thing to carry on the ferry. While the pool was not open, we did take the beach equipment to the beach and enjoyed a lovely day of water and sun. The property is located on a quiet street and easy walking distance to town for great shopping and restaurants. We only ate out a couple times as the kitchen is expansive and well equipped for cooking at home. The owners took a lot of care in providing detailed instructions about the lock box location, recycling, garbage collection, how to use the TV remotes and other house property details. This was all incredibly helpful in making our stay easy and fun. In fact, all along in the booking process leading up to our arrival and a couple questions we had at our arrival the owner was very responsive. It is a beautiful home and I would definitely stay here again with the family.
