Apartment 14 “Amapola


The apartment consists of a living room with a separate kitchen, a sunroom (veranda), a bedroom, a bathroom, and a hallway. In addition to the exceptionally high-quality and carefully selected furnishings, special amenities include two large, smart 55-inch OLED TVs in the living room and bedroom, a BOSE sound system (radio and streaming), as well as free Wi-Fi with a fast 50 Mbit connection.


The high-quality kitchen impresses with all the latest features, including a 4-burner induction stove with an oven, a spacious refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso capsule machine, as well as a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and a spacious dishwasher. Of course, there’s also plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and other small items, so you can comfortably cook for yourself when you’re not out exploring the island.


The bedroom is furnished with a wonderfully comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and two nightstands with soft lighting. The spacious closet is located in the entryway. Privacy film, blackout blinds, and fly screens ensure a restful night’s sleep.


You’ll find every comfort in the modern bathroom as well, which features a glass shower, toilet, an illuminated vanity with a large mirror, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack.

• The parking space and bike rack reserved for you free of charge are located in the courtyard.

• A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building. Tokens for these are available from the on-site caretaker.

Apartment 14 “Amapola” can be booked for 1 to 2 people. Out of consideration for subsequent guests and, in particular, those with allergies, smoking in the apartment and bringing pets are not permitted.
