The “Leuchtfeuer” vacation apartment, located on the first floor of Villa Odin, is designed to give you exactly that wonderful feeling. Stylishly modernized and completely refurnished by the owners between 2015 and 2017, this cozy apartment offers approximately 63 square meters of living space and can accommodate up to three adults and one child under 2 years old in a crib or travel cot (provided in the apartment). This cozy apartment stands out for its clear layout and light-filled rooms. Parquet flooring runs throughout the apartment, which will be especially appreciated by those with allergies. [nbsp]Relaxation and unwinding await you.
Bathed in afternoon and evening sunlight, the large, furnished loggia—equipped with sun loungers in addition to the seating area—invites you to linger. The unique view of the famous Wilhelmstrasse will enchant you. Thanks to the roof, you can sit here protected and dry even in inclement weather. The view of Sellin’s Friedensberg is a highlight both during the day and in the evening.
The living room invites you to relax with its cozy corner couch—which can be converted into a 140 x 200 cm bed if needed—and a reading nook complete with a recliner. A large flat-screen TV with an HDMI connection, a DVD player, a stereo system, and, of course, free Wi-Fi ensure your entertainment.
The separate kitchen with dining [&] cooking area features a modern built-in kitchen equipped with new, state-of-the-art MIELE appliances, such as an oven, a ceramic cooktop, and a dishwasher. It also includes a coffee maker and/or, for connoisseurs, a coffee machine, as well as a modern refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A toaster, electric kettle, and a variety of kitchen utensils round out the amenities. Here, you can create your own culinary delights. The dining area seats 4 people. A high chair for the little ones is, of course, also available.
The lovingly furnished apartment features a spacious bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200), a roomy 4-door wardrobe, and a dresser. Of course, a flat-screen TV is also installed in the bedroom.
The bathroom features modern tiling. A large shower (90 x 90 cm) with a glass wall, a toilet, and a functional sink with a hair dryer are all available for your use.
Your vacation rental includes a free parking space directly behind the house. You’ll also find storage space for your bicycles here. In the basement of Villa Odin, there are also shared washing machines and dryers, which you can use for a fee. Out of consideration for future guests, smoking inside the apartment and bringing pets are not permitted.
