Ok place with AC that didn’t work

Great location and nice apartment

It didn’t mention that the bedroom with 3 twin beds was an entry fee bed and the heat didn’t work. It was unbearably hot

An excellent stay in a brilliant apartment in central Madrid, highly recommended

The property is really well located at Callao with lots of local amenities nearby. The property itself is huge, very spacious and clean. It’s very well equipped.

There isn’t a lift to this sector of the building, so it is up and down a few sets of stairs. Something to keep in mind if you have someone less mobile in the party (we had!)

Excellent communication from the owner/ operator. Response is very quick through WhatsApp. Check-in instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. The apartment is bright and newly renovated. It is dark at night w good shutters and tightly sealed windows. Kitchen is huge with full kitchen equipment. It is suitable for 6 people w 2 bathrooms.

Nothing to dislike badly and nothing the operator can do about it. It is in Madrid Centro. So if you like the convenience of being near amenities, shopping, grocery/market, plazas and all you can name restaurants and cafes, then you can manage the occasional noise from the neighbors (I think above) with a good pair of earplugs ( get the best ones suitable for side lying). The other minor inconvenience is Uber drivers do not pick you up at the door, you either have to walk 10 min or track down the driver to get a ride. Again it’s not something the operator can control. We ended up getting taxi at the corner on Gran Via ( 50 steps away).

Bellissimo appartamento nel centro di Madrid. Grande, con una bella cucina attrezzata e camere con letti comodissimi. Sala da pranzo ampia, divano comodo. La comunicazione è stata ottima, host sempre disponibile. Veramente un'esperienza molto positiva.

Não gostei de nada, o prédio é velho e cheira mal. Escadas para todos os lados, não se avisa que não tem elevador. Muitos apartamentos para aluguel com muitas pessoas barulhentas.

Não enviaram o link para entrar no apartamento até duas horas depois do horário de check-in. Não se consegue falar com ninguém. O telefone de emergência que oferecem não responde. O apartamento é renovado, mas o prédio é um lixo. Escadas para entrar e mais escadas para chegar no apartamento.
