Location, the host, comfortable beds and lounge facilities
Second bathroom only had a hand held shower with no cradle to hold it while you were showering-very inconvenient.

The host, Francesco, was amazingly helpful. When we arrived the place was not ready, but he made sure to meet us so we could store luggage. He also helped us find a place to eat (we were jet-lagged).
The location is amazing and the apartment is very nice. The pictures are true.
The AC in the front 2 rooms worked well, so there was somewhere to cool off from the August heatwave.
The place is clean and the beds are comfortable.
The AC was not able to keep up with the mid-August heat in Rome which made it a little less comfortable. The front 2 rooms had excellent AC, but the others were not great.
The AC was unable to keep up with the heat, so the loft room (above the kitchen) was very warm at night (> 30c). The kitchen has what you need too make a meal, but it was a little difficult getting the stove to work, etc. Francesco was very helpful.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Campo De‘ Fiori.
Die komplett ausgestattete Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, es gibt ausreichend Platz, ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und unterstützt mit allem was benötigt wird von Zutritt zur Wohnung über Tipps für Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten bis hin zu Fragen zu allen anderen Themen.
Es war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis
Trotz der Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen war es im August sehr warm. Da kann aber weder die Wohnung noch der Vermieter was dafür.

Fabulous location
Poor bathroom facilities. Only one proper shower. All four guests ended up only using the en suite shower. Mezzanine bedroom very hot.
