Fantastic little place for a little getaway. it has everything you need. nice and central. short walk to the town centre and to a supermarket.

Self-contained unit with all you probably need and parking. Not far from good amenities on Magdalen Road or Heavitree. The owner was helpful in fixing the internet and was always around but not intrusive.
It wasn’t clear to me (at least) exactly where to park when I arrived. As all spaces have numbers and letters, using those could help. The windows can’t lock slightly open, so given it is on the ground floor and easy enough for anyone to climb in if they wanted I tended to keep them closed in the heat when I was asleep or out during the day. It didn’t feel threatening, but you never know! Not their fault but the cellular reception is terrible. Be aware that there is no cleaning or bedding changes during the stay. I think I was there for 8 or 9 nights. I really don’t mind at all but others might need to be aware.

The location was not too far away from the city centre
The internet did not work,luckily we brought our own,all white goods in the apartment but no facility to hang washing to dry

Die Lage zur Stadt war gut, der Parkplatz sehr praktisch.
Außer der Dusche gab es nur ein kleines Handwaschbecken in der Toilette. Am Bett gab es keine Beleuchtung. Insgesamt machte das Appartement einen etwas vernachlässigten und lieblosen Eindruck. Die Internetverbindung war sehr schwankend. Das Aussengelände war nicht sehr ansprechend.
