I liked the room which was comfortable and ensuite facilities.,Host was friendly and very helpful. The location was convenient . It was good value for this accommodation

Owner was friendly and accommodating. En suite bathroom, spacious and quiet neighbourhood. There are cats.
It's a family house so expect family circumstances in the common areas. Curfew is implied.

Friendly and helpful owner, everything I needed, comfortable, parking was fine. Good value.
Nothing, just be aware it is a shared house, more like a home stay. If you get the en suite room on the top floor that feels private and is spacious - a nice room and bathroom.

Belangrijk om te weten dat dit eem ruime zolderkamer met eigen badkamer bij iemand in huis is. De host is superaardig en wil je overal mee helpen. Je mag tevens van zijn keuken en tuin gebruik maken. Prijs kwaliteit - top. Exeter is een mooie stad met veel restaurantjes waar je vanuit het huis in 30 min naar toe kunt lopen. Goede badkamer en douche.
Parkeren kan alleen tussen 16.00 en 10.00 uur de volgende dag.
