Nightmare stay

We arrived during an extreme heatwave in Europe, with temperatures reaching 39°C. The apartment had advertised that it had air conditioning, which was one of the main reasons we booked it. However, when we arrived, the apartment was still under construction and there was no working AC. Because of the heat, my family could barely sleep. The apartment was extremely hot, and the one fan provided was very weak. After we complained, they brought another fan that barely produced any airflow, along with a small portable AC unit that did not help at all. On top of that, the floor somehow felt warm, which made the situation even worse. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable stay and not what was promised when we booked.

Very pleasant...we stayed 1 night for an early departure from Vienna Airport.

Nicely furnished, very new, well equipped, useful parking place (pay owner EUR 20 as street parking difficult) and secure underground parking place no. 5. Easy to reach Simmering Hauptstrasse (15m walk max) and U-Bahn. Lots of shops and restaurants there. The car park is accessible around the corner at the side of the building, Impossible to park right outside. Go in the building after getting the key, go downstairs to the garage and open the garage door by pressing the button on the control box or pulling the rope (it shuts automatically, don't get locked outside!). Only space for cars and quite narrow but all good for competent drivers. We used the cups, glasses and bowls and left them in the running dishwasher.

Nothing - we were only there about 12h.
