Beautiful house, just minutes from the heart of Ballarat. The house has character, is tastefully furnished and has everything we needed for our short stay.

The access for elderly with all the stairs could be a challenge. The bbq outdoor area in the backyard could do with a little spruce up & the living room couch is a bit worn.

The location is ideal! Perfect base for our Ballarat holiday!

Unfortunately the fairy lights in the backyard did not work. The toilet seat was loose. The bathroom vanity drain didn’t drain freely, my husband had to clear it for us to use! There is no gate on one side of the house. We were unable to leave our young grandson in the backyard without adult supervision!
