Très bien placé pour les activités que j’avais prévue. Dans un quartier calme, tout en étant proche du métro et de quelques commerces et restaurants. Surface spacieuse et le gérant est adorable.
La piscine est effectivement payante et chère pour ce que c’est. Cependant le gérant Emmanuele peut fournir un bon de réduction.

The room was clean and everything worked properly. The host Emmanuele was very friendly and helpful. He arranged for a pickup at the airport when we arrived from Canada. He also helped us find a grocery store and the nearest metro stop. He checked in via email to make sure everything was good during our stay. The place had a nice pool
The air con in the bedroom worked great but the air con in the living room wasn’t really cold. The cost for using the pool was a little pricey. I think they should include the pool in the price of the room.

L'hôte, Emmanuele est extrêmement accueillant. Il fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable, il est facilement joignable et très à l'écoute.
L'appartement est très propre.
La taille et le confort du logement.
La proximité d'un supermarché (Pewex), des restaurants et de la station de métro Cornélia à 10-12 minutes de marche.
Le jardin commun très agréable.
Que votre site (Booking) ne précise par que la piscine n'est ouverte que du 15 juin au 15 septembre. Attention SVP c'est important de le mentionner. Il faut aussi préciser qu'elle est payante en plus du séjour.
J'ai un tout petit peu moins apprécié la diminution de la lumière naturelle en fin de journée (mais cela reste agréable sur la terrasse même fin avril). Parfois un peu de bruit (chez le voisin...).
