Mala experiencia y desilusión

La habitación tenía golpe a humedad, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Cuando mi hija se enfermó por culpa de la humedad ni se acercaron para ver si necesitábamos algo. No se preocuparon por los huéspedes. También la heladera se encontraba sucio y la limpiaron con nosotros adentro

El sótano del terror

Lo único que encontré bueno es la ubicación. La zona no era demasiado transitada de noche, lo que facilitó que pudieramos dormir al tener que dejar las ventanas abiertas porque carecía de aire acondicionado. En apenas 5 minutos paseando estabas en la puerta del sol o el la plaza mayor.

No se puede considerar una vivienda. Al entrar un olor a lejía increíble que al poco se transformo en un olor a humedad increíble, pese a tener 2 deshumifcadores y 2 extractores puestos desde que llegamos a las 17:00 El sitio lleno de ambientadores vacíos. Los cuales tuvimos que ir a comprar para poder camuflar el olor y poder dormir. Pero ya la segunda noche la tuvimos que dormir en el sofá cama, porque en la habitación del sótano era imposible. Como he dicho la habitación inferior es un soto sin ventana. Cuyas escaleras son increiblemente empinadas. La ducha de la habitación del sótano no traga bien y se acumula el agua. Luces fundidas o que no funcionan. Como la luz de la entrada, la luz para subir a la habitación del altillo y óculos fundidos. La lámpara de encima de la cama superior con lo que es la tulipa suelta. Encima de la puerta de entrada tiene una reja, que para que no entre el aire tiene puesto un cojín atado con cuerdas. La puerta del baño de la planta baja oxidada en la parte inferior y con el marco completamente hinchado y roto. La nevera sin limpiar llena de escarcha y el congelador con gran cantidad de hielo acumulado. Cortinas sueltas y/o con soportes rotos- Falta de limpieza en zonas como encima de la nevera, encima de la ducha, etc. El calentador/acumulador de agua caliente es insuficiente para una ducha normal para 4. En las fotos no se aprecia pero un desastre. Vamos, es un garaje convertido a vivienda de mala manera, e incluso pienso que la parte del sótano no está ni declarada como vivienda.

Quizás el tema que no tiene aire acondicionado para verano es algo tedioso y la habitación de abajo tenía un poco olor a humedad por lo demás todo estuvo perfecto

Posizione ottima, casa molto particolare dotata di tutti i confort immaginabili. Prezzo abbordabile. Adatta per principalmente per 4/5 persone (ma possibilità anche per 8 massimo 2 notti).

Poche finestre e bagno sottoterra totalmente trasparente.
