Pierpaolo was a fantastic host - he was charismatic, attentive and informative. The room wasn't too spacious, however it was laid out nicely, with enough storage space to accommodate all of our clothing. Everything was comfortable, clean and we felt very looked after. Pierpaolo was very reachable via WhatsApp for any issues. The bathroom was spacious with a futuristic shower set up and lighting was plentiful throughout the room. The location was perfect - everything was in a walkable distance and we had no trouble getting to or from any of the sights, as well as the train/tram station. We would definitely recommend this room to anyone looking to stay in Florence for a short trip.

This place was absolutely perfect! Just about ~10 min walk from the train station, and incredible location proximity to sights (a couple blocks away), and restaurants & gelato just right outside the door. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned every single day. The best part was honestly the host - Pierpaolo! He was incredibly helpful and friendly (and had extremely quick responses), gave us a Florence map and the low down on all the hot spots! I think he sat with us for 30 min answering all my questions :) He even helped arrange a taxi for us back to the train station on our last day (we didn't want to walk with all our stuff). Thank you so much, Pierpaolo!!

I had a wonderful stay here. The host was incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning , he even picked me up from pisa airport for asmall fee at midnight when I arrived and continued checking in to make sure everything was okay throughout my stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything is within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the train station is not far either. I felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making my stay in Florence so enjoyable!
