Staff was incredible and reached out to us several times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable.
Nothing not to like . Wonderful place to stay.

The location is great. Very close to everything you’d want but not on a street that is excessively busy. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious. The staff were unbelievably accommodating in every way. Pierpaolo is an outstanding host! We did a day trip with him and it was excellent. He took care of everything. We will definitely stay here again.

No meals at this property but not a problem - great bakery across the street and excellent Tuscan restaurants surround this property. Minutes away from the Duomo, train station and all sites. The owner provides exceptional service and even made reservations for an impossible to get seating for us. This property is walkable, safe, new and exceeded every expectation. Loved that this is a small property with all of the service of a 4 star property.
Nothing.
