The hotel was very close to a lot of main sights and the staff were very nice and helpful.
It’s advertised as having wi fi but we had none in our room. There was also some kind of party going on opposite the hotel every evening making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel was perfectly located, within walking distance of from all Florence attractions and the train station.
The room was comfortable and kept clean, breakfast options were decent
The WiFi was a bit slow and at times didn’t work at all

The location is great, hotel is a little older but still not too bad, workers are friendly
Airco does leak water, the shower runs over into bathroom floor, the room across us was locked out of their room so we had to hear 1 h of banging and the workers trying to break in the door
