Территорильно от метро 1 минута - супер.
Приветливый хозяин, не знала, что при заселении надо сбрасывать фото паспорта, думала это мошенники) все понятно объяснил, советовались с ним по поводу возвращения ночью в аэропорт, дружелюбно помог советом.
Если приеду опять в Рим - буду рассматривать эти апартаменты опять.
Если выйди из здания и повернуть направо, на углу здания невероятно вкусные крусассаны продают. Поешьте их за меня, самые вкусные в жизни💔
Малюсенький фен, я думала он сломается от моей длины волос. В целом апартаменты чуток подуставшие, но все чисто как могло быть. По соседству вторая комната. Поэтому снимая - ты снимаешь комнату, где есть возможность доступа к общей ванне и общей кухне, где может жить сосед.
Кондиционером не пользовались, но там не кондей, а вентилятор под потолком.

Great location - 2 minutes away from the metro station that goes straight to the Coleseum, many places to grab a bite late in the evening & early in the morning in the neighbouring buildings. Super friendly host. Small kitchen with everything needed and lovely travel themed interior.

Die Lage ist top, um unkompliziert Rom zu besichtigen. Die Unterkunft ist nur wenige hundert Meter von der Metro entfernt. In einigen Stationen ist man an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Fenster dämmen gut, so dass man von dem Leben draußen nichts mitbekommt. Gefallen hat uns auch die Möglichkeit, sich an einer kleinen Küche Frühstück machen zu können: Kühlschrank, Mikro und Wasserkocher sowie Besteck und Geschirr sind (abgezählt) vorhanden. In direkter Nachbarschaft kann man alles kriegen, was man braucht: Café, Bar, Gelateria, Restaurant, ein kleiner Supermarkt… Das Haus hat auch einen Aufzug für das schwere Gepäck. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per WhatsApp war super und freundlich.
Die Wände im Haus sind leider (wie in ganz Rom) nicht so schalldicht wie die Fenster. Rücksichtnahme von und zu den anderen Gästen in der Wohnung (man teilt sich Küche und Bad mit einem weiteren Zimmer), sowie den anderen Hausbewohnern, ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung. Bei uns war es okay! Das Bett war für mein Körpergewicht (88 kg) nicht so optimal. Ab dem dritten Tag hatte ich Rückenschmerzen

A localização é excelente e tive respostas rápidas do anfitrião
A máquina de lavar roupa não funcionava, e o anfitrião disse que mesmo que funcionasse era um serviço a parte, sendo que isto não estava no anúncio. Achei que a informação sobre que o apartamento tem 2 quartos, cada um para hóspedes diferentes não foi clara. Eu por exemplo não tinha entendido. E nem nos comentários anteriores tinha essa informação. O apartamento é compartilhado com outro hóspede, que fica no segundo quarto. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, principalmente na cozinha
