This place is the perfect location if you want to get away from the busy city center of Ubud. The room was amazing and the staff were very kind and helpful with everything! Many breakfast options, free mineral water and you can book activities/scooter through the accomodation.
There are two very busy and crowded street in Ubud. If you want to go to the city center, it will take you around 30min to get there. I don't think it matters much where you're staying, because the streets are always busy. We did walk once, it took about 25min.
However, if you travel to the north to see the rice terraces for example, there is not much traffic at all! We rented a scooter and did the Mount Batur trekking.

Nice and clean rooms, lovely breakfast, and staff were very kind.
The location was a bit hard to find at night. The instructions to get there were not very clear, and everything was quite desolate, especially since we got there very late into the night.
We were able to contact staff after a few tries, and were escorted to our rooms soon after.
It would have been better if we had received some instructions on how to get into the hotel or contact staff after hours, especially since I had informed them that we would be getting there past midnight.

The setting for breakfast was lovely and also peaceful, we enjoyed the choices of food and juices.
It was all beautifully freshly cooked and served with a smile. As it was included in the cost we thought it was excellent value.
The only thing I can think of is the sliding doors to our accommodation didn’t fit properly and we were worried about mosquitoes. However, neither of us had any bites.

The rooms are beautiful and the garden-pool area gorgeous.
It is too noisy. The fan behind the walls is excessively loud and runs constantly, 24/7. If your room is near reception, you'll hear everything the staff are doing, which really makes the stay unpleasant. Also, be aware that there could be many frogs in the rice fields, and the noise is unbearable. The breakfast was too basic for the price paid; it could be better. Additionally, it was strange that there was no shower gel, face towels, or foot towels. Therefore, I wouldn't stay there a second time.
