The property is located at top in the midst of mountains. The view from the property is breathtaking.
Good service & good food is another pluses.
Some portion of the road while accessing the site from Rishikesh is not good. You need good driving skills.

Nestled in Foothills of Shivpuri narendernagar belt this gem is just 20 mins away from Rishikesh and neervan waterfall but away from the traffic and chaos of the city. If you are looking for extremely fancy looking things then avoid, but if you want to be closer to life, nature, happiness then I strongly recommend this place. Manish, the man behind this wonderful property is a great host.
I didn't like the fact I couldn't stay there for long. It's a beautiful property.
