About this house rental

Nestled in North Eastham, this lovely house for $515 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This home is represented by Nauset Rental, a local vacation rental management company. Welcome to Endless Summer, a bright and well-appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home of nearly 2,000 square feet. This property is ideally located within walking distance of Thumpertown Beach on Cape Cod Bay. If you want to be in a quiet neighborhood, yet still close to restaurants and other conveniences, Endless Summer is the perfect choice for the getaway that offers the best of both worlds.  The exterior of the home, with its soft yellow color and pretty window boxes, gives a cheery and welcoming feeling. Entering through the front door, you find yourself in the living room. The space has cozy leather furniture and a flat screen TV. The whole first floor is open concept, and the living room flows into the dining room, then the kitchen. There is seating for six at the dining table, with an additional three seats at the kitchen peninsula. Bring the kids along, and you will find they get their own adorable table as well. The kitchen is spacious, with plenty of counter space and storage. First floor laundry with a brand new washer and dryer is offered for your convenience right off of the kitchen. All three attractive and comfortable bedrooms are located on the second story.  The outdoor amenities at Endless Summer are truly what makes this property shine! Stepping outside from the dining room, find yourself in the beautiful 16'X16" wooden screen in porch. It is the perfect place to gather and share delicious food prepared on the gas grill. There is a table that seats six, and you can enjoy your meals al fresco in the shade. Beyond the porch is a gorgeous stone patio, offering additional seating at the table with an umbrella. There are Adirondack chairs perfect for reading a book or catching a tan. An enclosed outdoor shower is available for a rinse after a long day at the beach.  Endless Summer is an amazing retreat with a fantastic location! Spend your days swimming, walking, and lounging on the beach, knowing that your home away from home is waiting for you. There are lots of great options nearby for dining out, like The Local Break, The Fairway Restaurant, Red Barn Pizza, and Sam's Deli to name a few. Drive only minutes and you can visit the renowned Cape Cod National Seashore. Go to an event at the Windmill Green and Bandstand. You'll never run out of fun things to do.
