About this house rental
Cozy and beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage just 0.2 miles from the beach. The house has a huge master bath suite with large tub and walk in tile, rain shower. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, dresser drawers, and 2 large closets. Guest bedroom has a queen bed, dresser drawers, and TV. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa and 2 recliner chairs to sit back and relax after a beautiful day on the beach. This house is ocean view from the driveway, and the front sunroom has an air conditioner. The back yard is huge and pet friendly, with a fee. House is newly redecorated as is under new ownership, and equipped with 3 brand new Roku TVs all with YouTube TV to catch local channels. For your safety, house includes 3 exterior cameras. You won't be disappointed with our cozy beach cottage!

Everything was wonderful. My trip was short notice and our host worked with me through the entire process of changing who was going to be there and when we were arriving. Having a place to stay made my visit easier to get the things done we needed to do but then have a place to retreat to to make a plan for the next day.

The house is exactly as described. Very quiet, comfortable, clean and relaxing! The host was very quick with responses prior to check in. We would stay here again.

Plenty of space for us and our dogs. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms large, and kitchen had plenty of counter space. The living area was very comfortable. We felt that our dogs were secure in the back yard with the well kept fence to keep them in. Nice large back patio with furniture, table and chairs as well as a grill for our use. The enclosed front porch is perfect for early morning coffee or reading a book on a day you want to stay in. All in all we felt right at home and are sure you will enjoy your stay too!
