Professionally managed by William at Frangista Beach Properties. Having been designated as both a Superhost and Premier Host, our team works hard to deliver an awesome guest stay. From the moment you walk through the door, you should find a sparkling clean home with generous amenities and beach gear for a true “welcome home” experience. If you need assistance, our team is quick to respond to your needs. We are proud of our deep roots in the Destin area having provided hospitality since 1976.
All reservations will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with Frangista Beach Properties within 48 hours of receipt.

Complimentary beach service set up daily March through November (2 chairs & umbrella)
Plus-an additional 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach wagon, cooler and beach towels in the home YEAR-ROUND!
Community pool is heated seasonally and only 50 feet away!

Guests have access to the community pool, heated seasonally, just fifty feet away, as well as a private gated access to the beach! Several restaurants are within walking distance such as Pompano Joes, The Whale's Tail Beachside Bar & Grill, Pascalli Kitchen & Bad Ass Coffee.
