Situated in Montopolis, this lovely house for $259 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Plan some time to step away from the cares of your daily life with a trip to the eclectic city of Austin at Majestic Teal Haven, tucked away in a quiet community on the city’s east side. This private home is the escape you’ve been looking for with a convenient proximity to all the excitement of the big city when you’re ready to turn things back up a notch. You don’t need to leave the comforts of home to have a great time, however, with exhilarating features right in your very own back yard! A sparkling, heated pool provides relief from the heat with poolside lounge chairs perfect for soaking up those generous Texas rays, and a shaded outdoor sofa and daybed made for catching up on a good book. Spend an evening under the stars and twinkling overhead lights in the bubbling hot tub with a refreshing beverage in hand as you relive the day’s adventures. Start off your day with a sweat session in the personal sauna leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged. When you’re ready to head out to the city, you’re less than a 10-minute ride or drive away from downtown, a 5-minute drive to east Austin, and 15 minutes from Mueller by the University of Texas campus. Immerse yourself in nature via the nearby walking trails leading to and around the scenic Colorado River, with parks, nature preserves, and wildlife sanctuaries all accessible by foot. Indoors you’ll find a fresh and modern interior with a brightly lit open floorplan perfect for gathering. Find your inner peace in the living room on the plush sofa and armchair seating, streaming your favorite movie on the mounted smart TV. The nearby dining room table can seat 6 whether for formal meals or a rousing game night. From here, head into the updated kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. The Keurig coffee maker will help get you going in the morning, and we can’t think of a better place to take it than back out on the patio as you plan out the adventures of another fun-filled day. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV. The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles with overflow on the street as needed. • Pool heat is available for an additional daily fee of $75. To request and pay this fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking at least 24 hours before your check-in date. • Pet friendly! An additional daily fee of $35 per pet will be included upon booking. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet. • This home is equipped with security cameras monitoring the front door and the back yard. Back yard cameras are observing the area behind the fence and do not face the pool. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood east of Austin that is minutes from surrounding restaurants, cafes, and landmarks. The area is diverse and holds the authenticity that Austin is so proud of. You’ll be within easy reach of Austin’s popular attractions like the Texas State Capitol, Congress Bridge Bats, and the Greetings from Austin Mural. Zilker Park, which houses the famous Barton Springs Pool, offers access to paddle board and kayak rentals, and central Lady Bird Lake and nature trails boast a two-mile loop perfect for exercise or a relaxing stroll. Be sure to visit the live music bars and clubs on 6th street, a part of Downtown Austin that earned the city the nickname of “Live Music Capitol of the World.”
