Lo que más nos gustó del apartamento fue la fantástica ubicación. En pleno corazón de Trastevere, uno de los barrios más pintorescos de la ciudad.
El anfitrión nos dejó entrar antes de la hora indicada para poder dejar las maletas, muy amable por su parte!
Aunque estuvimos muy comodos y recomendaria 100% este alojamiento, creemos que la peor cosa és la ventilación del alojamiento, ya que no es muy grande y solo tiene una ventana que no ubica a la calle.

Good location for tourist spots. Comfy bed. Good water pressure. Okay for short stay,
Netflix was nice, huge roll of paper towels
Location: near tourist spots, therefore, inflated prices (€1 for a roll of toilet paper)
People used landing in front of door as a seat for a smoke break.
Someone knocked a hole into outside door after a week or so.
Stair landing was only big enough for door to open without hitting first stair.
If you forgot to use timed light at entrance, stairwell was pitch black on first turn of spiral stairway.
Shower floor was slippery; no mat. I wore galoshes while showering.
There was no stopper for bathroom sink.
Kitchenette “counter” crammed two burners five inches away from narrow sink.
Layout inconvenient from kitchenette to dining area.
No fork with eating utensils, dull knife, spatula fell apart.
Air conditioning only cooled hallway, not living areas.
Fan was one speed, not adjustable, had to be propped up or on floor to reach outlets.
Dreary and dingy: the window faced three other stone walls, little sunlight, no air circulation.
No way to clean floors of Roman street soot, host not helpful “It’s an apartment, not a hotel.” "You tell me if you want to pay for cleaning,"
Place had only two rolls of toilet paper, one plastic liner apiece for trash containers, one sponge, one dishcloth.
Host expected me to buy drain cleaner when shower clogged.
After checking out, host sent me a photo of used sheets that I placed in storage box.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, right in the heart of Trastevere which is full of great restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Very lively all day. The location is also within walking distance to Campo dei Fiori and from there you can begin to explore pretty much all the major highlights in Rome. The apartment itself is not big but it’s comfortable if you plan to be out most of the day. There is AC but it’s either not powerful enough or maybe not well placed but it takes a long time to cool the apartment. The bathroom was clean and equipped with basics. There was also a kitchenette but we didn’t use it.
The check in process was a little confusing, with multiple messages being sent over Booking and WhatsApp from different people. But we managed to get to the apartment with no issues. Be prepared to pay the tourist tax beforehand via PayPal or other electronic means.
Davide was kind enough to let us store our bags after check out which was a huge help.
The AC could have been better.

The Location was superb, couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Rome
The property was old which is okay but the room seriously needs updating, the windows looked as if there had been mould wiped off, as soon as you walk in you could smell the must / vintage stench, the place was a bit grubby and the most irritating thing was that the walls were PAPER thin. I mean I’m a deep sleeper but you could hear a spoon drop from above, below, beside, we woke up to banging walking and lots of noises that sounded like someone was in our apartment.
